Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

Treadmill Superstore may accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Returns may be accepted for either an exchange or full refund at the sole discretion of Treadmill Superstore and then only with prior written authorisation from Treadmill Superstore.

  2. Except in the case of damaged or incorrect shipments, refund amounts will not include the original freight cost or return freight costs.

  3. Returns must be requested in writing within 7 days from the date of delivery as recorded by our transport carrier.

  4. Returns will only be accepted if the goods are packed / repacked in the complete original packaging and include all original parts/accessories supplied.

  5. Goods must be in original new saleable condition (except in the case of returns for damaged in transit or faulty items)

  6. Goods Damaged on arrival - While every effort is made to provide our customers with a superb shopping experience, issues sometimes can arise during shipping. If any parts are confirmed to have been damaged during shipping, depending on the damage, Treadmill Superstore will initially seek to supply a replacement part and have one of our service agents visit to rectify at our expense. Should this not be feasible Treadmill Superstore will then seek to exchange the treadmill.

    NOTE: It is important that when the goods arrive that you carefully inspect the carton to see if there are any signs of damage and if there are, make a note of that with the driver so we can take up with the transport company.

  7. Goods faulty on Arrival – Once again, while every effort is made to provide our customers with a superb shopping experience, there can be technical issues that sometimes can arise prior to arrival. In this case, customers must contact Treadmill Superstore immediately and we will arrange for technician to visit to rectify.

  8. Refunds will only be made back via the original source/method of payment.

  9. Original and return freight will be paid by the customer and deducted from any refund provided except in the case of goods arriving incorrectly, damaged or faulty.

  10. Treadmill Superstore may assist with organising our third party courier service to pick up the treadmill for return in which case, as per point 2, the cost of that freight will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
